A nationally owned TVET institution.
Chayil Training Institute (CTI) is a private training provider established in Papua New Guinea in 2026. We are 100% nationally owned, with our main campus in Goroka and a centre in Port Moresby. We deliver competency-based TVET training to school leavers, unemployed youth, employees and corporate clients — at fees Papua New Guinean families can afford.
To be a leading TVET institution that empowers Papua New Guineans with practical skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship, creating sustainable livelihoods and contributing to a poverty-free Papua New Guinea by 2050.
To provide quality, accessible, and industry-relevant technical and vocational education that equips individuals with the knowledge, skills, values, and confidence needed for employment, self-employment, and lifelong learning.
Learning to do something worthwhile.
